I grew up on the east coast (or iced coast, as we affectionately call it.) I learned to snowboard during the 3
years I lived at Stratton, VT. I moved to Oregon in search of deeper snow and steeper slopes, but the extended season
just wasn't enough of a motivation when the mountain was 45 minutes away. A friend invited me to visit Jackson Hole,
telling me it was my kind of town. 3 years later I'm still here. Guess I found what I was looking for.

What a job!
Technically, this is me at work. Each day, I ride all over the mountain and assess
the conditions. Then I proceed to tell the world what I discover. Not only do they pay me for this, they also
give me a season pass, as well as employee discounts all over the mountain. I love my job.
